ORM Specialist / Assistant Manager/ Marketing

Job Description

Be the custodian of brand ORM (online reputation management) – monitoring and addressing all brand related mentions/comments/queries across all channels – website, social, YouTube etc.

Job Summary:

INTERFACES:

  • INTERNAL: Product team | Sales team | PR
  • EXTERNAL: Online Channel Partners

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Functional: Assistant Manager – Social Media
  • Administrative: Assistant Manager – Social Media

Job Responsibility:

  • Define the tone/personality/mannerism of the brand on social media replies
  • Collaborate with product, sales, brand and digital team for complicated queries and translate technical answers to customer friendly replies
  • Assist social media manager with brand pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts and reporting metrics)
  • Be the ears of the brand and actively monitor brand sentiments online via ORM tools Create campaign/monthly reports
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and take necessary steps to optimize them

Requirement and Qualification:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/advertising/communication
  • 2+ yrs. of professional experience in managing social media accounts within a digital/product/creative agency
  • Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digital solutions
